	Dear Sir or Madam: We at Hard Hat Café would like to thank you for your patients. I am sorry it took so long to return the information you requested. The sign is working out great. The reason it took so long to install it was getting the proper permits. When I purchased the sign I did not realize getting the permits would be so time consuming. In addition, business has been slow through the winter months. However, since the installation of the sign we can definitely see an increase in traffic flow. It also makes our business look more appealing to our customers. City officials have liked the improvements. I would like to thank you for your prompt delivery of the sign.
