Dear Signtronix,
First of all, thank you and your company very much for you service as well as your recent letter which included a prize award for "Second Place" in the amount of $400.00.
We wanted to return to your company our survey, which we have completed and express to your company that our sign is still very new to both the company as well as our customer cliental. We have not had an extended amount of response based on our new sign, but as we explained to your most of our customers have been repairing theirs vehicles at Charlie's Garage for many years. Please keep in mind that our customers have expressed a positive attitude to the sign, which leads us to believe that we will be seeing new clients in the near future.
In addition, please find enclosded both a business card and our supermarket shopping cat advertisement in which we use our new sign design to advertise our company. We hope that this additional advertisement that we now offer to the public will also bring in new business and remind customers of the pat that we wtill do exist and offer the same outstanding service.

Dear Sirs,
I received my Signtronix sign on June 18, 2004. After one month, I saw an increase of 10% to my net income over the same period last year. While it is difficult to determine exactly where the increase comes from, I know that the Signtronix sign has brought in new customers that I would not have seen otherwise. The customers' comments have all been favorable. With various community information displayed for everyone to seem I hope that we will become the cornerstone of the East Falmouth community.
I also have to admit I love exploring and playing with the various features. I have yet to utilize the scheduling feature but plan to do so soon. One feature that seems to get glossed over is the custom artwork on the sign. It has our logo which was created by hand and is in all of our print ads. This ties our sign to all of our ads for instant recognition and acts as a memory cue for out print ads when people drive by or are stuck in traffic and their attention is drawn to our sign.
We are looking forward to many years of informative signage for our customers and the community.
