	To Whom It May Concern: We put our sign up on Friday February 3. At the time, the restaurant was closed. People were stopping by to watch and commented on how good the sign looked. It is really, really a nice looking sign. Everyone that comes into our restaurant comments on the sign. Our business is up 30% over the last year at this time. Can this increase be attributed to the sign? I would say at least 15% can. We have had an abnormal winter that has shown an increase in traffic over other years. That along with the sign has greatly improved our business. The main intersection in our town is about two blocks away and the sign can be seen from the intersection which has made a difference. 	To Whom It May Concern: We purchased a Signtronix lighted sign and have enjoyed receiving several compliments on the sign. Our business is now highly visible from the interstate, especially at night. We have seen roughly a 13% increase in gross income compared to the same time period last year. 	Dear Sirs: I received my new sign from you in excellent condition and had it installed in Feb. 2002, I must inform you that the mounting hardware was incorrect according to my contract. I did accept the sign and we were able to install it as I wanted even though adjustments had to be made. This was a problem and I was not happy about it. As far as the Lexan panels with the graphics and lettering, it was super. Everyone has commented that the sign is very attractive and has caught their eye. They all thought the graphics represented my business well and were colorful enough to attract attention. The font style and size and colors for the lettering was great and quite readable. My new sign has attracted customers at the rate of 10-15%. My store was difficult to find as it is set back and there are numerous other signs nearby. Now customers can more readily find my store with a new sign that is easily seen from either direction while driving on the street. Enclosed are "Before" and "After" photos of my store and signs. 	Gentlemen: Attached are the photographs of the Eycom Display for Ron Peterson guns, Inc., after installation. We conducted a store traffic survey, a copy attached, to determine whether viewing the new display prompted customers to visit our store. Only three customers affirmed that the new display caught their eye when shopping for a firearm. One customer stated "the colorful sign caught my eye, specifically the large defined gun, at a time when I was shopping for a firearm.
