	Dear Signtronix: Attached is the Store Traffic Survey that Signtronix asked for regarding how our customers heard about us. We were pleasantly surprised that there were so many that had seen the sign and did not realize that our store was here. As you know, our store sits in a kind of "valley" and you can drive right by without even seeing us. This sign is so bright and easy to read it almost demands that you look this way. Our sign arrived as the holiday season was getting started. We have seen at least a 20% increase in sales over last year and that is being very conservative. The best part is not the sales, it's the new customers that we see due to the sign. Most of those new customers have turned in to repeat customers. A helpful hint for your new customer: if you put the time on every message, people will use it as a clock and will always know what the sign says. 	Signtronix, Our new sign has made a vast improvement in the appearance of our building. As a general rule people do not come to a Veterinary Clinic because of the sign. However, the people who do come in, both new and old clients, comment on the improvement of the new sign.
