	Signtronix, I met Greg Reed when he walked into my place of business. I normally have several salesmen come in each week and I thank them for their time and ask them to leave because they do not have anything of interest to me. Greg had something I have been thinking about for a while. He was polite and professional. He was straight to the point. I bought the sign on site. He made a call and it was done. The people with Signtronix called me to say the sign was ready to ship early and I would have it in a few days. The sign arrived in great condition. Greg came by the next day after it arrived, worked with me a short while and the rest was made easy with Signtronix support help. I can not say how much the sign has helped with my business, but I do know it works!!!! The nice thing is I do what I want, when I want, with the messages. It is great! 	Dear Gentlemen, I am the proud new owner of two of your signs. I have had instant positive comments and I am on a very busy artery here in Abilene. I am writing to you for two reasons. The first is to commend you on your representative, Joe Cooper. I purchased my sign from a gentleman, Greg Neal, who was a very good salesman. However, the experience would have been a disaster without the help of Mr. Cooper. He was most helpful with the installation, set-up and training. He has also stayed in touch with me until I was able to purchase a laptop to interface with the sign. The second reason to write to you is to suggest that you re-evaluate your distribution and sales strategy. It was my understanding that Mr. Cooper found out by happenstance of my sign purchase. He was not resentful in the least, but was more concerned with my situation, my well-being and your company reputation.
